- a better arcade. That's a sad little arcade room they have. Add more games and lower the price of playing them. Not every game should be a dollar. These are children not adults.

It's okay I guess. We took two boys aged 5 and 7. They liked it but became bored fairly quickly. The Tiny Track should contain a stop or go sign. Something to make it slightly more entertaining. There is no way to make their driving experience better without a change in the course somehow. Otherwise it's generally fun for the first hour.

explanation: The staff were very nice, however, they were still on the more racist side a tad bit. I was driving on the tracks and one of the staff came pulling over when I stopped at the stop light and asked questions I didn't wanna answer, so I drove away when the light turned green. (*away from him*)

-cross trained staff. Why doesn't the staff know how to fill up the soap dispenser without management being on property? I pointed out how two of the three soap dispensers were empty in the ladies restroom. The lady replied that the only person who knows how to change them is the manager and he's off today.

EVER!

-have staff walk around and ask people if they have questions or need help with anything. Customers shouldn't need to seek out someone. Staff should be visible outside of the work areas.

explanation: I came here for a birthday party with my friends and we went to the car simulator. I was so excited because I never drove in my life, maybe because I was ten at the time. So we got there and the simulator workers were SOOOOO racist. I crashed my car about 9 times and they were mad like I broke the system. One of them said "you crashed.....again". At this point, I wanted to tell the manager, but I thought that was the only time. Here is when the racist part comes: He reset the system for me and I said thank you very much, didn't say anything. The other said "I didn't know black people drive like that in real life." I was so mad it offended me.

Don't ever come to this place! IT'S SO ANNOYING!

I took my daughter here for her birthday on 8.26.17 & the staff is great & they manager I did not get his name was outstanding. My daughter was nervous to drive the cars & he took her by her hand & assisted her the whole time.. I will definitely recommend for anyone to come to this place.. Great & positive attitudes all around. We will be back soon..

This place is so cute! If you ever was the kid that wanted to drive, this is the place. The staff was very friendly. The idea is adorable! The kids will never forget the experience. And, its an awesome learning experience!!!

The place has huge potential and could be better with the following:

-instructions. That's a no brainer. Parents there for the first time should have a guide on what to do with their kids after they pay. It's not intuitive right now.

```````````````
- the train should run every 5/10 minutes. 30 minutes between rides is ridiculous. It makes very little sense to make children wait for that long. They also don't care if there are birthday parties....a train leaving with kids is a train leaving with kids. Kids were lining up but were told the next round was for the birthday party only.
Fantastic place for kids! The staff is great and the pricing is reasonable. My three year old loved it and we've already planned a visit back.
1. RACIST
explanation: The lines were so long when I did the simulators and when I got there, one of them said that the machines were closed when a Caucasian girl was using it. (*later on, we became good friends *)
Those are my reasons why you should NEVER EVER go to tiny towne...
