WORST EXPERIENCE. My husband and I are newly married and just bought a home, and fell in love with a couch that we saw here. We were told it would be delivered in 7-10 days. On day 8, we received a call saying they no longer made the couch. By this point, we were already expecting to have a couch (or to at least have known before the estimated delivery date that we were not getting one). We should have left at this point, but decided to just select another couch at this store - we didn't want to waste anymore time not having a couch by starting our search all over again. We chose one that they said would be delivered in ten days. Three days later, I called and was told 10 days again. Today is day 10, and I was told it would be an additional week at best. I completely understand that this is very much a high maintenance problem, but going over a month without a couch is very frustrating. The worst part is that no one at the store seemed to care that we were inconvenienced, and they did nothing as far as compensation when we went to order our second couch.
Love this place. Guy was very friendly and informative. He made our buying experience very easy and comfortable. No pressure to buy. Once we decided on a sofa, loveseat and dinette set Guy explained all options in regards to purchasing and down payments and we were more than happy to make our purchase at this place. Will make future purchases at this place!
Warehouse employee James Jenkins was wonderful!!! He is the kind of caring person that is hard to find these days. As a senior citizen, I especially appreciated his patience and great attitude. God bless you James.
First time buyer at Underpriced Furniture. Wasn't sure what to expect. Out salesman Pierre Wilson was outstanding. Set my delivery date a few days out, could have had it delivered earlier, but chose not to. Pierre had contacted me the day before delivery to say, the bed rails were not available, and would be in within the week, and everything else would be delivered, and set up as scheduled. I was a bit disappointed, but told him, it wasn't that big of a deal. He called me back within the hour, and said, he had made some calls, and found what I needed, everything was a go. The next morning everything was delivered, and set up promptly. The delivery guys were probably the best I've ever encountered, very professional and courteous. I was shocked at how well the furniture was wrapped, and everything came out perfectly, not a scratch or blemish anywhere. I am new to the area, and believe I have found my furniture store
I have had a wonderful time with the Underpriced Furniture team. Every person that I've dealt with has given me the utmost respect and attention. I got a great deal and they went out of their way to ensure that I was happy. Now all I have to do is wait on the delivery of my item. Crossing fingers it continues to be a good experience.
