An honest review - I was walking into the place, I would think it is more of a textile or manufacturing plant. Walking up rusted steps and into a 'office'. But that is all aesthetics. I was thinking more of their quality of work. The stitching and first impression is great. They did not get the closest color to the manufacturer. The seat is comfortable. There was a smell seems like glue or something. It took longer than an estimate because of the color situation - they did reach out to me to ask which one I prefer, I was glad. Other than that, I am very happy with the results.
They reupholstered some arm rests on my sister's RX330, which turned out looking wonderful. Martha provided a hassle-free experience. The job was done in a timely manner and was priced VERY reasonably. I am particularly pleased about this last part because another well known upholstery shop in town had no problem wasting a bunch of my time to essentially tell me that the exact same job would take an indefinite amount of time and literally cost 5 times as much! I am very happy with my experience and highly recommend Tony's Trim Shop. Thank you Martha and Tony!!
