The vet is a really great guy but the girl working in the front is a total airhead and has a terrible additude. I had scheduled an appointment for my kitten and she gave it away to someone else and made me wait an hour to check in and had to wait another hour and a half just to see the vet, even though I had scheduled an appointment for the vet 2 days in advance. Not worth coming back here at all.
They have gotten better at this location in the past few months. There are only a few sales associates that I'd trust with information though. Overall, a good selection of natural remedy products. And it's generally pretty clean.
A fair pet store location. Has a little better employees currently. Previously had issues with unhelpful, unfriendly and rude help. Not near the selection of other Pet Smart locations. Dog training is a joke and complete waste of time and money. I go to this location only when I have to, due to the fact it is the closest location.

I walked in clueless due to the fact that I'm a new puppy owner which I'm picking up in 2 days. Oliver helped us so much! He explained from crate sizes, food supply, collars, training programs, and the cupon book! He also helped us carry our purchase to our car. We got a great deal on the crate because they did the online price match.
