Customer Service was not inviting at all, Im making a complaint. Darrel Mackentire was very rude to me and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only person he's disrespected. If I were you guys choose another location thanks.
First customer in line at 9 am and employee was already in a bad mood, they treat you as if they're working for free. It's a shame that we have to tolerate ths kind of service and nobody does nothing about it.
Dropped off a package for returned delivery,2 days later the tracking still has not updated,There was only one person working there with an attitude out of hell and she told me to put the package on the side,2 days later tracking info has not been updated,I hope that they didn't steal my cell phone!
Some of the most rude employees that Ive ever come across. Each time that Ive had to come here it has been a horrible experience. Im currently sitting here waiting for someone to show up to work as the place was supposed to open 10 minutes ago. Very unprofessional.
