Very nice place with play equipment for kids, beautiful treed area, greenspace for running around. Water and public restrooms and decent parking. Trains run nearby quite often (behind a fence). Shelter area which I think can be reserved for outdoor parties .
This park is truly beautiful. There are lots of picnic tables and shelter for hanging out, as well as a fun little playground for kids. And the amphitheatre is very cool! There is a lot of green space, but it's not flat, just so you know!
I love the whole Old Norcross area! It is so peaceful and family oriented that you almost feel like you are in a small town right in the middle of Atlanta! The parks are clean and very well maintained everything from the landscaping to the janitorial services! Definitely a must visit!
