Only negative is that if you come on a busy day, they have some challenges with the warehouse/loading area and you might wait a little while.
Sale man name TONY! Sold us a mattress and paid for it. We happen to be up this way because we went out out of town Friday and headed back through Sunday to pick up our mattress. 3 hours later after we left the store he told us that he had sold our mattress. And that we would have to drive to Suwanee Monday-Saturday to pick it up. We live little above Macon South. Way out of our way. And he would not sell us the step above it unless we paid more. Step up was only about $150.00 more. Bad dirty business!!! We asked why he couldn’t do more to satisfy us since it was completely his fault. To NO avail. Better make sure what you are buying is there. Because he lied to us said it was and sold us a mattress he didn’t have in his store!!!!!! We have bought several things at this location but never again.
Tony was very friendly, the manager of the store was very helpful and the credit person that assisted with Acceptance Now was friendly and helpful. However one bad apple ruins the barrel and in this case 2 bad apples. I left there with a bad taste in my mouth. I'm moving into a new home in the next few days but I will take my business elsewhere and buy it piece by piece before I give my business. So sad because all it would have taken was good communication skills. The mgr Tony and the gentleman from Acceptance now deserve 5 plus stars but those 2 bad apples deserve negative scores unfortunately the lowest I can give is a 1.

Friendly people as soon as we walked in the store someone was ready to help us and show us where everything in the store was. The prices were great and affordable.
My wife and I bought a King bed set from this location - we had a problem with the side rails and contacted the store. Dan Goddard, the store manager, was extremely professional and helpful in resolving the issue. I would highly recommend this location based on the excellent customer recovery by management here. We will return to this store for future furniture needs.
