I have been here a couple of times to pick up firearms that I purchased over the internet because this pawn shop does FFL transfers. The help here has always been pleasant and kind. I will shop here again.
The guys who work at Norcross Pawn are absolutely AMAZING!!! No one enjoys being in the situation where they HAVE to get a pawn loan on an item that they value just to be able to make it thru the end of the month; but if you, like many of us, happen to find yourself in this situation, then there is no better place to go than Norcross Pawn!! These guys will really work with you & do whatever they can to help you out ...they make the whole transaction feel more like you're borrowing money from a close friend or family member instead of conducting a business transaction where they're trying to get over on you (like most other pawn shops I've experienced)! These guys are more than fair; kind; funny; and will honestly treat you like a human being!

A few years ago, I found myself in need of some quick cash so I decided to pawn an item that I really wasn't using at the time. Time went by and I figured it was easier to pay the monthly fee than take the time to haul it back home and back to the basement. Well unfortunately a few months turned into a few years, but the team at Norcross Pawn were always cheerful and pleasant. They would call every month and say, "Hey, Ms. Jade, what would you like to do this month?" Yesterday, I finally picked up the item and they were nice enough to bring it to my car and load it for me. Before I left I thanked the gentleman and gave him a hug. Hopefully, I won't need to go back, but if I do I wouldn't hesitate. Every person there treats you with courtesy and respect and when you are in a bad situation... That makes all the difference in the world.
