I would put no stars if I could. I was here for 6 days when I was told it would be three to four. The staff was completely disrespectful and couldn’t have cared less about me. The whole atmosphere was unwelcoming, and I received no help regarding my severe depression and suicidal thoughts. Our “treatment” was sitting in a circle with kids from ages 9 to 15, and each of us being asked how we are. Of course, this was completely useless, especially with the huge age and maturity differences between us all. Please, DO NOT send loved ones here. The care I received was completely awful.
I called this facility to inquire about admittance for a loved one battling alcoholism. The woman on the phone said I would have to make an appointment and hung up. She didn't give me any opportunity to ask about the facility, treatments, or insurance. After receiving this rude treatment over the phone; I hate to think how they treat people in person. What if I had been a depressed patient reaching out? Or someone else that just needed some guidance? This is not how you treat people who are in need. My impression of this facility is that they will do more harm than good.
I was 1013'd here from the ER at a nearby hospital and honestly feel like I'm way better now than before I had my stay in this place. The staff was nice to me, the place in general allowed for physical and mental stimulation and I left there with a level of energy and physical ability I didn't think I would ever have back. To make things better, the view from the window in my room was just beautiful; it overlooked a lake with a ton of wildlife hopping in and around it.
Yeah so it was ok but the food made me dizzy and I couldn’t sleep Bc they kept waking u up. Ig: it_is_soofiiaa sc:sofia_palaciose And also mr Ralph was mean, and the showers are hell itself.
I called to check on a friend who is currently a patient, and the employee I spoke to was unbelievably rude to me. When I told them the patients name she denied having that patient FIVE times before another employee confirmed that I was correct. Then I could hear two or three employees literally yelling the name of the patient I was calling for instead of going to find her themselves and bringing her to the phone. The patient I was calling for was on a phone call with someone else, and the employee I was speaking to rudely informed me and got off the phone as quick as she could. I wish I knew the name of the employee I spoke to, but unfortunately she did not say what it was when she answered my call. These people are dealing with patients struggling with mental health and acting this way. Who runs this place?
