So.. First off I work on Holcomb Bridge and my mother had been taking her car here for years before she moved. I decide to take my car here and it was a great experience UP UNTIL the end. I take a look at my car and wowwww a dent. I ask the guy in charge like whats up with this because it DEFINITELY was not there when I brought my car ! and I know this for a fact, I drive a brand new Dodge Charger and I inspect it every time I move it! I had literally just left work and there was no dent!! I ask him whats up with this he says oh no we didnt do that no way, maybe you hit something so Im like excuse me? it was a scrapey like dent, like it could have come from one of their pots in the entrance where they was the cars. He literally, acted as if I was crazy and told me to come back another day and watch the cameras........WHAT?! Do I look stupid ? I must do. Everything was Great but that just blew my entire vibe, so I won't be going here again.
All the people here are very nice & attentive. Free snacks while you wait or you can explore the other items for sale. The loyalty program is worth it too.

I dropped off a ridiculously filthy work van yesterday. I just wanted them to give it their best shot. Today, I picked it up and it has been waxed and the interior is cleaner than the day we bought it. Unbelievable. These guys far surpassed expectations!!! We will continue using them for our whole fleet!!!!!!
