i have a van with them. they are some people there that are very rude and outrageous. Im not naming no names. and there is wonderful people there. I was planning on sending my husband but will no never refer him there. i will keep my car with them but will not buy anymore. if i had a way i would not do business with them and get a car somewhere else but i cant. i feel like they dont really care about there customers.
Really bad service on giving out information, the two ladies that were in the office were rude and unprofessional and on top of that i handed my license and told me i couldn't test drive the car cause im 18 so how am i supposed to know if everything works with the car
The staff was very friendly and they have some cleaner cars then you'll find around this area, but the truck we came to look at was priced 2 grand over kbb. Not everything there is that way, but it was still very disappointing because we wanted to buy the truck when we came.
Pretty good place. They work with you somewhat when you get behind. My car was sols at blue book value. They try to do 2 year loans so you can pay off the car quickly. Overall not bad for a buy here pay here.
The customer service at first was great to purchase the vehicle, but I've had two cars from them and both cars had transmission problems. They will send you to their mechanic who doesn't do the job efficiently. They also do not work with you. There is no wiggle room. Never again.
